Ordered ice cream, but it was delivered in a regular polythene bag instead of a cold bag, leaving it completely melted. This is a clear cold-chain failure and negligence by the store.

I want a immediate action against the concerned store/personnel.

Hi @excitel_rocks,

WiFi was down for 4 days, the engineer arrived to check today and said the adapter is faulty and we have to pay for it.
Now I want to terminate the connection and have been on call for more than 15 minutes and still have not been connected to any engineer.

@excitel_rocks So I've finally decided to get a new ISP and file a complaint on consumer helpline to get the refund. I've all the details of the case and call recordings. All the best with your promises of service restoration under 4 hours.
