So my @Sciensus_Group he's not coming next Wednesday. Has to go to an alternative address because I'm really busy that day, that means I will run out of medication the day before it arrives. This is not ideal because what happens if I have an internal bleed in the meantime

3, People on the use @Sciensus_Group not because he want to but because they have to I'm constantly taking time off work because I only know the day before when my medication is going to be delivered. It's not good enough

2, So I rang up @Sciensus_Group to be told that he was caught in traffic and he was unable to do the delivery. That's fine. It's not like the medication they deliver his life-saving medication or anything. It's not like we can just nip to the chemist and pick it up

1, Today I was supposed to get my medication delivery from @Sciensus_Group between 1:00 and 3, 2 minutes to 3 have a message say you're the next delivery. 3:15 have a message to say we're unable to do your delivery today

2/2 after promising they would come. He ended up ringing #NationalGrid who came out and connected my mum's electric back up at midnight all day. He was on the phone to @UtilitaEnergy just endlessly repeating the same story, you've treated my mum absolutely disgustingly
