As I continue writing my book, I am finding it is bringing on PTSD once again. I overcome it once and will overcome it again, but at he same time, I hope this book helps people in inspiring them to do better and believe in themselves.

I have been writing much more of my book this past few days. OMG, I had tears today when writing it. I really did not think that would be still affecting me like it is doing.
