At the end of the interview he asks about past issues with the charity/board and Sophie replies that Iain Rawlingson is her witness! The man who was appointed to the board less than a week ago?!! Trevor Phillips was not a neutral party in that interview.

I respectfully disagree that the interviewer did a good job. (1) Sophie accused H of bullying and harassment on scale, but Trevor did not ask her to elaborate or provide specifics. Apparently releasing a statement where she is not directly named was what she was referring to.

I would recommend watching the whole thing, just like with Prince Harry's book "Spare", because quotes taken out of context do not tell the whole story.

At one point Sophie makes another accusation and Trevor say (I'm paraphrasing) "so what you're saying is that Prince Harry is the #1 risk to this charity". Sophie answers "yes". Why is the interviewer putting words in her mouth?! Unless his aim is to help her further her story.
