@Lencare_In @Lenovo_in receiving the worst customer care service from your side. Since 2 months 3 of my laptop's hardware got exchanged 4 to 5 times the OS got reinstalled but the problem still persists and the tech team is not having any response regarding it #Lenovo

Rather I was told that since the problem is not solving after so many efforts my laptop will be replaced but every time a new tech member calls and asks for some pics of laptop and sends engineer to replace a new hardware this goes on and on without any improvement. #Lenovo
