So, another Cytonn drama!
Tenants at The Alma by Cytonn in Ruaka have been caught in between the drama between Cytonn and the supposedly administrators following a court ruling.
To note, this is not the first time.
At around 10:30 am, some group of men. Formal dressed, rough looking gents and some police officers showed up at the apartments claiming to be the administrators but they got held at the gate.

The Apartment admin office then sent out this to the apartment whatsapp group:

Dear Homeowner,
Hope this finds you well. This is to bring to your attention the following:
1. This morning we were surprised to receive a team of 15 guys from the BRS company acting on behalf of the Official Receiver. They claim to have been sent to conduct a census at the Alma.
2. ⁠To safeguard the safety and peace of the community, we have denied the attempted data collection process as no proper notice has been served to notify Alma residents of the intended activity.
3. ⁠The activity also violates existing Court of Appeal Orders.
4. ⁠The alleged data collection goes against fair administrative action and data protection laws, and contempt of court orders. Further given these would be strangers attempting to one to your house’s door steps, we urge residents to report any disturbances and not cooperate with anybody who is not an Alma Management staff member and refer them to the management office.
