Symbolism as policy. Administration borrows tonnes of money, then gets parliament to pass a law as a Sovereign Wealth Fund . And then kids paraded before cameras to give impression that the math works.. Kids, it's not your fund, it's just a mood board.
🚨 Ken Macharia left Kenya for South Sudan in search of greener pastures and left his ATM card and PIN with his wife to help him in case of emergencies.
He sent her money for a project, but when he returned home he found there was no project and no money. This caused a major disagreement between them.
In 2018, while traveling back to Juba from Kenya, Ken suddenly lost his sight in Uganda. A Swahili woman who was traveling with him helped him reach his friends in Juba.
He later returned to Kenya, where doctors at Nairobi and then Eldoret Referral Hospital discovered a tumor causing his blindness. He underwent two surgeries, but his sight did not return. During his months of treatment, his wife visited him only once and later told him the marriage was over because she could not stay with a blind man.
Seeking healing, Ken was advised to visit Pastor Ezekiel’s church and Prophet Owuor’s Menengai 5 crusade. At the crusade, bishops announced he had been healed and seated him with others who had “received miracles,” but Ken left the event still blind.
His family celebrated what they saw on TV, but he returned home with no change. He has since given up on healing prophets, though he remains hopeful that he will regain his sight one day.
Now what do we say about this.
What you are looking at is the current status of the recently commissioned Ngong-Suswa highway....
70kms of road that cost north of 4 billion Kenya shillings (31 million US dollars)
Whom do we blame here?
Sikunywi pombe because I've seen how it has ruined my uncles and a large portion of the extended family. Some of my cousins have legit lost their parents to alcohol. Me choosing a healthy lifestyle (and avoiding liver cirrhosis lmao) is not being performative.
I have seen a report that the killer regime is planning to increase NSSF deductions and unconstitutionally use the money for a different purpose. It's the same script that IMF tried in Hungary, 2010 and what followed later, was a disaster. Suicides, more debts and dead economy. This clip is seventeen minutes long (Part 1 and 2) and it is worth your time.
Five Nairobi youths were arrested at Silver Rock, Malindi, after targeting revellers at the Summer Tides Festival. The suspects used their car as a base to hide stolen phones, wrapping them in foil paper to block tracking signals before security forces intercepted them.
The System is so broken that Armed criminals are now robbing kenyans in Cafes! Meanwhile kazi ya DCI ni ku-abduct kenyans who criticize the system. This happened last night at Chaiwali along General mathenge road
While you’re busy celebrating roads outside your docket, armed goons are robbing Kenyans at gunpoint. Chaiwali on General Mathenge Road tonight. Your ministry’s report card is written by the safety of Kenyans not by road projects. Armed robbers struck hotels and roads on a broad day light. Maybe secure lives before chasing credit.@NPSOfficial_KE@DCI_Kenya@C_NyaKundiH@NelsonHavi@omwambaKE
When you move into an apartment where people are silent, private and mind their own business,
Embrace the same culture,
Extend the same GRACE.
Don't move into an apartment and become the one who is noisy, chaotic, disrespectful, and belligerent.
The people you found living in that apartment are not silent and private so that your noise can thrive.
They are silent because they value their privacy.
Once you sign the terms of agreement with the landlord, adhere to them.
Respect your neighbours.
Or, move back to the noisy place you came from.
Respecting people is a valued trait.
Aki ya mungu😂500 utakula na 1 day alafu 5yrs ubaki ukilia sijui bursary, dawa kwa hosi sijui barabara.Kenyans, buckle up,hapa mbele inflation will whoop our butts a good one.Acha nicheke juu siwezi lia. It will take 200yrs+ for this country to even have a crumb of development!😂
