@alandrummond2 Read the ruling (pushing my French to the limit). Seems like there was a definite lapse in clinical judgement - but also seems like QC medics are (or were) woefully underempowered: protocol stated 0.3mg epi dose s/ antihistamine or access?? I guess that behooves faster transport.
