Why is this decision suddenly taken by ICAR?
Is it just to create chaos among BVSc&AH students. We already spent 5.5 years to complete our graduation.

This is the reason, why ICVR i.e, Indian Council of Veterinary Research is in great need.

The Agri Science and other courses which have 4 years duration will be completed before 31/07/2024., so they will be eligible. But BVSc &AH graduates will have to wait another one year to take admission and we’ll be eligible to take admission for the session of 2025-26.

According to this, the BVSc &AH students who are passing out this year won’t be able to take admission for the session of 2024-2025. If we are to take admission then our course should be completed at 31/07/2024, which is completely impossible for the Veterinary Science Students.

In today's Cabinet meeting, we took several decisions including reservation for women in ULBs, Govt jobs to kin of Majuli boat incident, improving water quality in eco-sensitive zones, providing water & sanitation in rural areas and facilitating growth of MSEs, among others.
