Two issues I have with Planet Sub

1. First 2-3 bites are all toasted bread (very dry)

2. The lettuce (iceberg) always has a freezer-burn taste

Suggestions :

1. When making the sandwich, go all the way to the end of the bread with the meat and toppings (do not leave two inches of just bread)

2. Still use iceberg lettuce, but call it Goldberg lettuce and make only wrestling-themed sandwiches
