The game against Bournemouth showed signs of what is to come-high intensity pressing and preventing opponents from controlling the ball for too long. He needs time.

Yamal and Mbappé turning pure football into electioneering sets a toxic precedent. Next year every nominee will run PR machines instead of letting performances speak.
The Ballon d’Or was meant to reward greatness on the pitch, not the best campaign strategist. The decision body must stop this before it becomes permanent and reoccurring precedent.
