@MrsT19801 @ammarketing @bradmcmoon Then all my physio and therapy was cancelled. I did it myself by watching videos and walking every day. I was cycling within 4 months, but it took 10 months before the pain was better than pre-op. I’m 23 months on now and deadlifting. Started weight training again after 14 months

@MrsT19801 @ammarketing @bradmcmoon Dec 2019. It’s the worst pain I’ve ever been in, so bad I blacked out several times and needed a wheelchair for several weeks. This isn’t meant to scare, but to be realistic. Morphine didn’t touch the sides. Aqua physio was brilliant. I got 5 weeks of it before the pandemic (3/4)

@MrsT19801 @ammarketing @bradmcmoon Until I had enough. I paid for a private MRI which revealed 3 permanently slipped discs. I’d been suffering for years because I was trying to carry on with my life. My surgeon said he expected me to crawl (not walk) into his office after seeing my MRI. I had the fusion in (2/3)

@MrsT19801 @ammarketing @bradmcmoon I can only speak from my own experience. I had chronic pain for 5 years and was pushed from doctor to doctor. I was told the pain was in my head, I was told it was just “residual nerve pain” and had several procedures over the 5 years. No one thought to do an MRI…(1/3)

@Gymshark_Help my order delivered my Hermes arrived today. But the order by DPD hasn’t turned up and I’ve got no updates. I ordered it 2 days before the Hermes order? Doesn’t make sense.
