The Costs and Psychology of Confusing Leadership

In any organization or struggle where the leader deliberately create confusion during a struggle remember he is using it as a tool for control .

He does it because he wants to keep the team or movement dependent on him and for his own direction, without knowing that it ultimately destroys trust, causes prolonged burnout, and leaves followers unable to adapt to any of his sudden selfish changes.

A leader’s constant confusion and shifting goals create an unstable foundation . When followers cannot predict or envision the leader's behavior, they inevitably lose confidence in their judgment and motives.

Instead of followers focusing their efforts on the actual struggle, the team wastes time second-guessing instructions and trying to manage the chaos. This hesitation can easily paralyze the movement at critical moments

A leader who intentionally cause confusion is for his followers to remain off-balance and reliant on him to "interpret reality" . This stifles independent problem-solving and prevents the team from growing or making headway in their struggle .

In environments or struggle where the "why" is lost, it becomes easier for bad leadership to avoid accountability . Unclear expectations can be weaponized to protect those in power and diffuse responsibility for failed decisions
Constant uncertainty triggers a severe stress response in the followers brain . Consequently, the most talented, dedicated and capable members of the struggle will often disengage or abandon the struggle entirely.

This is What #Biafra struggle has gone through for the past decade until the Directorate of state said ; it’s enough we have to step in boldly and save this struggle that millions of #Biafrans have sacrificed their lives, time and fortune. We must never betray or disappoint the Hopes and aspirations of #Biafrans who want freedom.

Burkina Faso Just Passed a Law Requiring State Certification for Every Imam and Pastor in the Country.

Burkina Faso's transitional legislative assembly has adopted a sweeping new law on religious freedoms, six chapters and over one hundred articles long. At the center of it is a new national body that will train, certify and monitor religious leaders across the country. Anyone wanting to lead a mosque, church or other place of worship will need state recognized qualifications to do it.

The law also requires every religious association to join a recognized umbrella organization sanctioned by the state, bans public officials from any proselytizing while on duty, and criminalizes religious hate speech with penalties up to seven years in prison and fines reaching 10 million CFA francs.

Authorities say this is not an attack on any faith. The stated goal is reducing what they call deviations in religious practice, reinforcing the country's secular constitution, and lowering religious tensions in a nation already fighting an active insurgency.

Not everyone is convinced. The draft law sparked anger, particularly among Sunni Muslims, who see it as government overreach into religious life. Tensions boiled over in May when authorities shut down Ouagadougou's Grand Mosque after protests broke out over the arrest of its imam, who had publicly criticized the bill before it passed.

The law still needs Traoré's signature and official publication before it takes effect.

Some say this is the state protecting unity in a country under siege, but others believe the state is oppressing its people. What do you make of this development?

This photograph was taken in 2015. In it is our beloved Mazi Benjamin. May his gentle soul continue to rest in perfect peace.

When Mazi Benjamin addressed the IPOB family in Sierra Leone in 2014, he shared a story that left a lasting impression on everyone present. He recalled that immediately after the Nigeria/Biafra war ended in 1970, he left the shores of Nigeria and found refuge in Freetown, Sierra Leone.

With deep emotion, he told IPOB Sierra Leone that he had made a solemn vow never to set foot in Nigeria again until Biafra was fully restored. From that day in 1970, Sierra Leone became his home, and he lived there for the rest of his life.

He made one final request to the IPOB family in Sierra Leone:

"If Biafra is restored before I die, take my body home and give me a befitting burial in Biafraland. But if Biafra is not yet restored, bury me here in Sierra Leone."

As one family, IPOB Sierra Leone immediately responded, "You will not die, Mazi Benjamin." IPOB believed there would still be time for him to witness the restoration he longed for.

But fate had a different plan.

In 2019, Mazi Benjamin passed on. Since Biafra had not yet been restored, his final wish was honoured, and he was laid to rest in Freetown, Sierra Leone.

Today, we remember not just a man, but a steadfast believer who remained faithful to his conviction until his last breath. Though he did not live to see the dream he cherished become reality, his story and sacrifice will remain part of our history.

May the soul of Pa Benjamin continue to rest in perfect peace.

If someone claims that the 2nd DOS was dissolved, not to mention the 3rd DOS administration, inform them that they are a pathological liars .

If you all can recall that UCHE MEFOR served as the deputy leader at that time and he was part of the DOS , Mazi Chika Edoziem held the position of Secretary of the DOS, and Mazi Chukwudi Ofoma was present, along with Nnennaya Anya .
The 2nd DOS was not dissolved; instead, some DOS members were ousted due to their disagreement with MNK at that time which does not mean the administrative body of IPOB (DOS ) was dissolved.

Understand this and end all these falsehoods that have caused this struggle to go in circles for the past decade. I’m unsure why certain drug users and selfish and greedy individuals in IPOB fail to recall their own historical past.

In my upcoming broadcast, I will reveal and rectify all these falsehoods and misleading information. They are creating all these falsehoods for the naive individuals.
That’s the reason they aim to get rid of anyone familiar with the history of IPOB/ESN, ensuring they alone can spread falsehoods about the sacrifices made by thousands of IPOB/ESN members who have paid dearly with their lives.
