I have no problem with people changing.
What irritates me is when someone changes their behavior toward you but still expects you to behave toward them as if nothing changed.
You can't alter the terms and still complain about the consequences.
My landlord has been selling water to us for ₦500 per keg since they cut our light.
He started using his generator to pump water for the tenants.
We contributed money to give to NEPA, but my landlord said he didn’t have his own contribution yet.
Yesterday, his generator got spoilt.
He asked me to use my generator to pump water.
I told him it would cost ₦10k to fill the tank.
He said he wouldn’t make any profit again.
I refused.
He went to hire a generator to pump the water and announced that water was now ₦1,000 per keg.
My neighbours and I called a keke to bring water for us instead.
This afternoon, my landlord sent a notice:
“There will be an emergency meeting tomorrow. Every tenant should be in attendance.”
I don't think there's any rule anywhere with regards to this. That depends solely on what they choose.
Both for me, it would be done in OUR Church because even before the wedding, we would have been going to the same church.
I don't do all those relationships where I'd be going to church A and my woman is going to church B. No way.
I saw a news about an NGO trying to raise donations for Blessing ceo bail and people are asking “would you donate for Blessing ceo?”
Now,to raise the money is not the issue but the condition of her bail
The bail condition is a tough one and her legal team and sureties are yet to meet up with it
Let us review her bail conditions
1.Bail sum of 20M
2.Each surety must provide a three year bank statement or proof of fixed deposits valued at a minimum of ₦20 million
3.The defendant and her sureties must undergo official screening and verification through the Lagos State Judiciary’s Bail Information Management System (BIMS)
4.Formal notification to the Nigerian Immigration Service to enforce restrictions on her international passport and travel movements pending the outcome of the trial
So the real question is after all she has done and the kind of person she is,would you stand as a surety for Blessing CEO?
I think she meant good for you sha. But she didn't communicate properly, why she go dey shout.
Children should be watched closely. Allowing them touch dirty surfaces isn't hygienic
“YOU ARE VERY STUPID!” 😭
That was the first thing one woman shouted at me yesterday because I allowed my baby touch the ground outside
I took my babies outside to play and Zina was trying so hard to get down from my body, so I finally let her. Immediately I put her down, one woman from the next compound who had been monitoring everything from her upstairs balcony shouted:
“You this girl, are you stupid? Why will you put that baby on the ground where people pass? That girl is still very tender, carry her up joor!”
The way I ignored her like she didn’t even exist ehn… it wasn’t even up to 3 minutes later, aunty forgot the fresh breeze she came outside to enjoy and quietly carried herself back inside
Because why was she shouting like I dropped Zina in the middle of a highway? Baby girl only wanted to play small,
Onyeka Okafor
Most marriages are still standing because of the kids.
There’s a family in my area that had been married for over a decade. They had only one child.
They lost their only child.
A year later, they divorced.
A friend covered a coworker's opening shift and was criticized for leaving at the exact time they had agreed on.
He had agreed to work from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. because he already had plans at noon.
At 10:45, the manager said the next employee was stuck in traffic and asked, "Can you stay one more hour?"
My friend said no.
At 11, he closed the register, handed over the keys, and left.
The next day, they said he should apologize because the manager had been alone for forty minutes during that gap.
@GloriousGod01 Omo ehnn what people do for love
Wetin l go fit do sha
What's your friend even still doing with that person abi e wan change the girl anger ni
My guy's girlfriend got angry during an argument and smashed her phone over 5 times. An iPhone 16 Pro Max he bought for her.
After they resolved things, she demanded he replace it. Her reason? He got her angry, so it was his fault she destroyed it.
He does not have the money and came to ask if I could lend him some.
500,000 naira.
I told him I could not lend that amount on normal terms. But if he agreed to pay back 750,000 naira in 3 months, I would give him.
He agreed.
Above all, love God.
I used to hear people who don't celebrate birthdays, until I met my husband. The man literally doesn't celebrate man things and it's ot as if he is a 'Jehovah Witness' person, we attends Winners Chapel but this man.. complete nonchalant man when it comes to achievements and all.
He was the first person to graduate and did NYSC among his Father's children (he is child number 11), he didn't post when he went to Camp, didn't post while serving, didn't post when he did POP.
He got his first car, he didn't post or anything, he only took it to church for Pastor's blessings and that's all, even his siblings (only his next of kin knows his every moves and business and that's his immediate younger brother), the rest didn't know till after a month plus.
Even when he got the second car, making it two and then a third one... he didn't announce or do any drama. Sometimes he will park at home and just use keke or bike.
Even on his birthdays, he hardly do anything unless we force it on him.
He will just be smiling saying life is not in the abundance of what you have and that the glory is to God.
I don't know how he does it, how he keeps calm but recently, I found myself being transformed into that same kind of person too.
It's funny how marriage can change you in ways that you least expect.
Happy Sunday.

A man said his wife recently initiated sex after they hadn’t been intimate for a long time.
When he asked why, she told him:
“You do so much for me. I feel like I owe you, even though I don’t want to have sex with you.”
He was hurt.
Not because she didn’t want sex, but because she felt obligated to give it.
He told her he would rather have no sex at all than have sex with someone who feels like they owe him.
He said everything he does for her is out of love, not because he expects sex in return.
“I don't want to be repaid with sex. I want to be genuinely desired.”
But here's where it gets interesting:
If your partner tells you they don't want sex but feel like they owe you because of everything you do for them, would you also refuse the sex or would you see it differently?
And honestly, can a relationship survive long-term without sexual intimacy if both partners don't want the same things?
I was just called now that my former neighbour passed away this afternoon. 💔
He only complained of a headache, and by the time they got to General Hospital, Maitama, he had given up.
I’m honestly down. This is so painful and heartbreaking. 😭
The rain is still heavy, and I can’t even rush to the hospital right now.
God, why??? 😭💔
Life is truly fragile. May his soul rest in peace. 🙏
A gentleman
To the organizers of BBN.
I have an idea for you.
1. Because most HOH games are won by men, there should be two HOH games: one for men and one for women, resulting in two HOHs per week.
2. From day 1 of the show, each HM will start with zero points.
3. Each nomination week, the HOHs will have 50 points. But a winner will have the option to relinquish their victory to anyone they choose.
4. The reason for point 3 is that if any HOH winner decides to relinquish their position to another HM, that HM will have 50 points and will be immune from eviction that week. The HM who relinquished will also have 50 points but may be subject to nomination or eviction that week.
5. All other HMs will have 50 points each, with possible nomination for evictions.
6. All nominated HMs for that week will now be voted for by viewers, and they will be entitled to more points for that week based on how the viewers voted. The highest votes will get the highest possible points for the week, and the other nominated HMs will receive points according to the votes they received.
7. The HMs with the lowest votes will then be evicted, depending on the number of HMs that the management have decided will be evicted that week.
8. The cycle continues each week, and the HMs keep accumulating points for that week, depending on which HOH decided to relinquish his or her position to risk being nominated or evicted so as to accumulate more points.
9. Whether an HM is nominated that week or not, each HM will have 50 points. The advantage for each HM is that if they are nominated for possible eviction that week, they will accumulate more points.
10. At the end of the game, the HM who accumulates the highest points will become the winner of the reality show.
11. Viewers should only be shown the accumulated points for only the nominated HMs for that week, and not for others. This is to avoid viewers knowing in advance who will win the game before it ends.
I don't watch your show anymore, but I used to.
And I just stumbled upon it this evening because my wife wanted to watch the eviction show tonight, so I discussed it with her before driving to the bar to drink my beer.

You have to go beyond just posting and start engaging others too.
As a small account, I don't wait for people to engage with my post, I go out there and engage with them..
Also, your post matters alot too.
People flow with what they like and if your post isn't making them to vibe with you, you won't see them.
