@virginmedia this morning. After lots of wasted time and persistence, I managed to raise a complaint. They informed me no record of my conversation yesterday evening and no ability to give me a priority / urgent appointment. Furious!

@virginmedia just had a missed technician leaflet through the door despite the fact my wife was in after rearranging work to be there. Doorbell doesn't work due to no internet but no attempt made to knock. Really upset because daughter's a level exams about to start

@virginmedia I'd already spent considerable time yesterday evening speaking to an agent after it happened. He had absolutely no power to make any contact with the engineers. The system wouldn't let me do anything whilst the appointment was still "active" so I couldn't do anything until...

and revision plans affected by no internet and no she is in panic mode. We did everything we could to get the appointment arranged asap - please send the engineer back. I've called you phone line and agent doesn't seem to have authority to actually do anything!
