@pegasusdestek can i get clear expalnation and reasons why i was picked out of many.. why others were allowed in more than one bag and why some people allwoed in after resisting not to pay.. not fair at all..

Lots of other passangers were allowed in and some passangers were also take in duty free bags while i was not allowed.. and some passangers were allowed in as well after resisting not to pay the extra charge.. this is not a fair procedure..

In line with our baggage regulations, on our domestic flights only 1 cabin bag measuring a maximum of 55x40x23 cm and weighing up to 8 kg is permitted on board. For our international and Cyprus flights, guests who choose the Super Eco, Advantage, or Comfort Flex packages may carry 1 bag fitting under the seat (maximum 40x30x15 cm and 3 kg) in addition to 1 cabin bag (maximum 55x40x23 cm and 8 kg). @pegasusdestek @ucurbenipegasus @flymepegasus .. Paid €400 for my flight and then got singled out at the gate and forced to pay €50 because my backpack was 2kg over. Others walked through, but I was randomly picked. Feels unfair and like a cash grab. Never again.
