I've quit all carbs and sugar.

It does take away a little bit of strength for about 2-6 weeks (depending on diet and a few other factors). But now I lift even heavier, make bigger gains, recover better and sleep better.

However, I have changed my lifting style and live a healthier life so always got to be cognizant of all the factors that go into making a positive change.

Carbs can be extremely healthy, meat can be healthy but it comes down to whole, unprocessed foods, exercise and good sleep.

Carbs with sedentary lifestyle, combined with no muscles to suck up excess glucose, is a disaster.

No diet is better than the other but I wanted to share the carnivores get along just fine IF they eat plenty of animal fat.

Anyone trying to go carnivore on lean meats will starve and they will do damage to their bodies.

I've travelled all over the world. I've familiarized myself with many places, and met many people. And I'm a Canadian, although I’m privileged to reside once again in the States.

Success is equated with exploitation.
Ambition is looked upon with contempt.

But in your great country, by and large, striving is admired and success celebrated.

This means that more people strive and succeed in the US than anywhere else. And it's increasingly obvious. You remain stunningly more innovative and productive than any people anywhere else on the planet.

And so I say, as all should who are fortunate enough to live in the western world, let alone America:

Thank God for the United States.

Thank God for the wisdom of its founders.
Thank God for its faith in the free market and in the natural rights of man.
Happy birthday, you damn Yankees and Southerners.

But BestBuy won’t give a refund. They said we need to “work with local law enforcement.”

Thought everyone should know if you buy from @BestBuy and a @FedEx driver steals what you paid for, your money is gone. Neither company will make it right.

I had trouble sleeping the first few nights on carnivore. After about a week, it went away and I sleep fine now.
