Another Place Another Time, open til 9 October, 1 High Chelmer, Chelmsford. Fantastic work - Julie Edwards, Ron Thompson #acesupported, #nationallottery@ace_southeast part of In Search of Apples project
Exhibition opens today, come along to the view between 5 -7pm, meet the artists, see some great art, with community art project - it will be lovely to see you. 1 High Chelmer, #Chelmsford, #artists, #apples, #publicart
New project, now with funding, thanks to #ACEfunding and #nationallottery, Half Moon Creative Arts working with PlanetArt, in September - watch out #Boreham, here we come!
Delighted to be writing the completion report - John Merrill has stretched the bounds of the possible with these works. A site specific response designed to evolve as the environment acts upon them; ideas about boundaries and containment, growth and change over time. Best job!
@otterpool_park@BGC4F Is there any public art included? Sometimes this is the only element that is unique about a development, that lifts it out of the ordinary and marks the sense of place and references the history and the community.
Biscuit names make surprisingly good names for dogs too. Such as 'Biscuit', 'Custard', 'Osbourne' (who doesn't miss the butter osbourne?) 'Jaffa', 'Bourbon', any other offers?
@BGC4F thanks to @Katy_Lock for hosting. Inspiring speakers yesterday at the Garden Communities Conference. So much evidence demonstrating need for rich biodiversity and access to green space for mental well-being that garden communities are the imperative.
@InsideNo9Tweets unfortunately changes to the funding stream means there is less investment in new work or more challenging formats - less risk taking and a general 'dumbing down' of content
