@Viscous_cree @LRNROSE Very true and a more likely possibility than anything tbh. I just prioritize my mental health a lot when it comes to careers. And if I made 120k now, at 29, I know I could keep climbing. Trying to climb at 240k is harder and makes you more likely to be laid off (ie: AI)

@Viscous_cree @LRNROSE Oh I totally get that! And I think my friends would completely understand and be supportive. This is just me personally and knowing how it’d affect me. I think if I had a long-term partner or some companion, I’d may be more willing? It’s a lot I’d have to weigh

@Viscous_cree @LRNROSE Fair enough, but if I have to move an hour (or more) away from close friends for that, then I wouldn’t be interested. Yeah it’d suck to miss out on that much of an increase but personally I think my mental health would suffer, and that’s not worth it lol

@attecha @genzalternative Until evidence that proves beyond a reasonable doubt that Tino is doing all this for a bit comes to the surface, or she fully admits it herself, then this is still just speculation.

I do think you have good intentions, but it’s very clear neither of us will see eye to eye

@genzalternative It’s gotten to the point where it seems like she’s doing it intentionally to stoke rage on all sides and, in turn, reap engagement profits from it.

@genzalternative She’s just problematic. Outside of bigots, people don’t dislike her bc she’s trans; they dislike her bc she often reinforces negative trans stereotypes and has made crude comments in family settings. And when she’s criticized for any of this, she doubles down.
