Does anyone know of a class action suit against @Polymarket ? Specifically the US site. The total they owe me is now up to $2500 and I have not gotten support via any medium for two weeks. It has taken others three months to get support.

Subject: URGENT: Account compromise — unauthorized card, liquidation, and withdrawals (fraud) To Polymarket US Support / Trust & Safety, I am reporting an account takeover and unauthorized withdrawals on my account, and requesting an immediate account freeze and a fraud investigation. What happened today (June 12, 2026): • A debit card I do not recognize and did not add was added to my account.
• My open positions were liquidated without my authorization.
• Three withdrawals were completed without my authorization:
1. $598.00 — transaction ID AK9WFMP00003
2. $48.00 — transaction ID AKABDTSG0003
3. $38.00 — transaction ID AK9XZWA00003 Important: the unauthorized activity continued even after I rotated my API keys, which indicates account-level access rather than a compromised API credential. I am requesting that you immediately: 1. Freeze my account and halt all withdrawals and trading.
2. Terminate all active sessions and force re-authentication on every device.
3. Reverse or stop the three withdrawals above if they are still pending or recallable.
4. Remove and preserve as evidence the unauthorized debit card on my account, and provide the timestamp and IP address of when it was added.
5. Provide the timestamp, IP address, and destination for each of the three withdrawal transaction IDs listed above.
6. Confirm whether API credentials alone can add a payment method or initiate a withdrawal. I have initiated a fraud dispute with my bank and am filing reports with the FTC (https://t.co/9mQNbTSiA4) and local law enforcement. I am also aware of the prior account-compromise incidents reported on the platform. As a CFTC-regulated entity, I expect a timely response; absent one, I will file a complaint with the CFTC. Please confirm receipt of this message and the account freeze as soon as possible.
@Polymarket@CFTC Doesn’t end there. Randomly switching positions as shown below because their infrastructure was totally rushed and has more bugs and outages than anything I’ve experienced. AGAIN ZERO SUPPORT OR RESPONSE IN A WEEKS TIME.
@digitdustin@DataBasedBets@Polymarket I’ve been waiting 6 days for the same issue and an even more concerning issue. The only response I got is a closure of the ticket without any actual response. The next step is a CFTC complaint. Account compromised and no response from support within a week.
