New MA Limits Email: Finally got an email from FanDuel and it’s incredibly bland.

They were sending more tailored stuff initially yesterday, but it seems they may have abandoned that and just decided to send this bulk email out to all MA limited accounts after falling behind

So far, the legal sportsbook operators in MA do not seem to be meeting @MassGamingComm 's transparency goal set just over three months ago. Will be curious to see how the commission reacts to today's developments.

Fanduel has been behind its competitors in the “rewards” game, with just a non-visible VIP program for select invited accounts. This rewards program should make them more competitive with DraftKings, Caesars, MGM, Fanatics, Novig, etc. on the rewards front by creating a visible and rewarding program for bettors. Novig just rolled out a cool rewards program last month, so it’s interesting to see another new rewards program launch shortly after.

The timing of this the launch is notable since the main challenge prediction markets face in converting customers from sportsbooks to them is their inability to offer promotions & rewards. I’d guess the emergence of prediction markets played some role in the development of this program.

According to a targeted survey, Fanduel is aiming to roll out an “earn your promos” system soon. Seems likely this will be in addition to their existing promo system, but we’ll have to wait to find out

No, I didn’t arbitrage out of Jaren Jackson Jr. under 191.5 points or any other bets back when you guys limited me. An even more bland and inaccurate email than what DraftKings sent out
