Our etc express has completely stopped outputting DMX. Has anyone ever run into this problem?

I don’t know of an electrician that hasn’t had the day dream about gaining super powers for the sole purpose of hanging and focusing difficult lights and positions. And then extending that dream to see how much they could charge for their abilities.

Question: I know the sound guy is either lying or incompetent, but I’m not handling sound for this show. Should I speak up or just let it be not my problem? He’s established here. I’m new. Thoughts?
