@silent_cordelia Check out Equity Fringe agreement of your doing fringe! You get to pay people by the hour and they get holiday pay and sickleave etc. Its a good way to start when you can't afford the subsidised theatre (itc) rates yet. And it's legal!! (unlike profit share)
