To recap:
Bought a dishwasher on 12/30
Stopped working on 1/17
Contacted support to get a tech out on 1/24.

@LGUSSupport called and sent me a link to schedule a call with them yesterday. I chose 3:20 EST today.

Since they sent that link, they’ve called twice trying to talk with me! Ignoring the appointment I chose!

That was on 1/26/26. We haven’t had a working dishwasher for over 2 weeks.

Do something.

@LGUSSupport we bought a dishwasher on 12/30/25 and it hasn’t worked since 1/17/26. It’s giving the error code “AE.” We followed the online tips & chatted with the bot online who said a tech would be reaching out in 24/48 hours to schedule a time to fix it. That hasn’t happened.

We bought an @LGUS dishwasher on December 30th and it has been giving the “AE” since January 24th. We already talked to the bot online who said a tech would contact us in 24-48 hours…but that was Tuesday.

So like, what are we going to do about this @LGUS?

My favorite thing about @kroger pick up is when they call me every weekend to say my order will be 2+ hours late. It’s this fun little tradition we have!
