We got a criminal and Walmart employees at WR, a podcaster and youth pastors at TE and “George Karlaftis” and friends at DE but at least we have our 12th CB role filled now.
If you don't think about the process at all, KC got some very good players in the draft. I'm just worried that if we continue sacrificing the offensive ceiling for the defense, we're going to be in a very bad place next offseason.
KC has absolutely nothing going for it in terms of pass catchers in 2027.
Jeff Caldwell is a WR prospect in the 2026 draft class. He scored a 10.00 RAS out of a possible 10.00. This ranked 2 out of 3926 WR from 1987 to 2026.
Behind Calvin Johnson, pending pro day.

Rice was fantastic as a rookie. Got hurt. Then got suspended.
The Chiefs passing game needs to change. They need that more than new players. If they don’t change the scheme then it doesn’t matter who is playing WR
Not like a 2nd rd talent is making their way onto the field in this offense anyway (not saying it’s good).
Have to triple down on defense if there’s a competent contributor at edge there.
I hate that I'm about to tweet this, but we should take one of TJ Parker, Zion Young, or Gabe Jacas at 40 tomorrow.
I know what that means for the offense, but they really need an edge rusher and I think all those guys can play immediately.
I truly do not understand this process at all.
This front office continues to pour more valuable resources into the defense which is led by a man who cannot generate an elite defense(outside 1 year) to save his life. Meanwhile your QB just tore his ACL and will not have a WR1, WR2 or a TE come 2027.
This is unfathomably stupid and irresponsible.
