Ouch. Lots of missteps by Bioware over the years attempting live service games and things like that, but some legendary IPs in limbo with this kind of huge move.
Hoping they dont just get sat on and die from their new overlords.

@AhaanRungta I'm still holding out hope that Likely will be the first true outlier for athletic testing at TE.
Jordan Reed had a low score, but he was also always injured and had an incomplete profile specifically because he was injured. Healthy, he likely would have scored way better.
@Wes_Harrison Its getting there. I should be fixing the image problems this week, just need to deploy the fixes. Then its on to the functional stuff.
The main card page is pulling all time instead of draft year values, thatll take a minute to fix. On track to have it all ready before EOS.
@amar3455 The more interest there is in the franchise the more likely we get a new one.
They redesigned one character for the anime, but it was badly needed, IMO. Original design was pretty bland, he didn't even have a portrait in S2, but they made him a bigger character.
Look, I'm not gonna sit here and say this is gonna be the greatest anmie ever made, but it's truly rare that a piece of media comes out that you feel was made for you, specifically, and this one does that for me only one episode in.
I've waited decades.

@amar3455 I'm hardly an unbiased source, certainly, but the quality in animation, sound design, VA, and even some of the changes they made (there aren't many) really speak to the show having real care in presenting the story from S2.
Im interested in how many of 108 they get in the show.
Similarly, it repeats debunked tesring metrics like Larry Fitzgerald running in the 4.7s (he ran 4.49), or it will repeat what a player has said they will run as if they had actually ran that.
AI can be a useful tool when used correctly, but it isn't by any major company now.
In previous years I had gone away from storing unofficial testing data from pro days. The volume of reporting and variance in quality made it tough to be reliable, it often wasn't.
Now? Zero chance I use anything I haven't directly verified from official sources.
News release: WSU is partnering with FanWord, an AI company, to create AI-generated stories like game recaps, feature stories, player bios and "other editorial content."
Soon, some of the content you see produced by @WSUCougars will be generated by AI
Googles terrible AI and constant hallucinations from Grok already made it difficult. It often returns that players tested with specific metrics because rhe original articles it scrapes mention the player, who often didnt test, in the sane article with other players testing.
Are NFL prospects skipping testing because they 'think they'll do bad'?
This comes up every year, literally every single year, but because of how toxic Twitter has gotten it's been more of a slog than usual.
Me being me, I counter that with research. So let's dive in!
@AntGullotta For fringe cases, sure. Guys who look like top tier athletes tend to test like top tier athletes, similar athletes tend to test similarly, but neither are certain, we get weird stuff all the time.
