@1958Hate@British_Airways@elonmusk I have emailed twice, tried to call and also spoken to a person at the desk. No replied and the customer service agent said they can do nothing. It’s been truly pathetic
@1958Hate@British_Airways@elonmusk I run a small business and was booked for work. I lost out on £1500 worth of work because of these delays. I also missed two connecting flights and have had to book a third which is now in jeopardy because of their incompetence.
@1958Hate@British_Airways@elonmusk We got on the plane on Tuesday and waited two hours ON THE PLANE to be then told it was canceled because they can’t shut the door. Again, no mention of compensation or genuine apology. Rescheduled the flight for the next day at 2pm. They changed it to 4pm this morning.
@1958Hate@British_Airways@elonmusk - my flight was due Monday at 21:10. They canceled while at the gate. Provided no reason and sent us to a hotel with no transport or vouchers for food. They rescheduled the flight to Tuesday at the same time.

@British_Airways@elonmusk - Honestly, is your airline run by toddlers or people who know how to tell the time? My 6 year old niece is more punctual than your airline.
