Patients trust their treatments.
But what does the evidence say? Over 90% of health care interventions lack high-quality evidence of efficacy and safety. And harms are grossly underreported.
Here are 6 tips to navigate this as a patient.
**BUILD YOUR RESILIENCE**:
- **Exercise**: Stress your body to build tolerance.
- **Movement**: Address what aggravates you.
- **Shift perspective**: You're strong, not fragile!
Don't let pain trick you...
It might feel like every task is *Mount Everest*, but sitting still won't help.
Instead, start thinking about how to **adapt**!
Your spine can handle **over 2000 lbs** of pressure...
Even when pain shows up uninvited.
So, why does everyone feel so weak?
🔑 *Spoiler: It's a total myth!*

Almost 10 times higher prevalence of empathy compared to physicians, and preference for AI responses in 78% of cases. Small sample size, but one of many.
@nathaliaccosta1 Are you surprised that users have a better experience with AI?
I'm generally not. No empathy fatigue, great explainer, caring, adapting language to the patient etc.
Will be intresting to follow this the coming years.
