Nothing says “premium vacation experience” like sweating on one half of the bed while the AC cools exactly 3 square feet of the room. Staying at @clubmahindra#varca and the AC in Room 1606 barely works. Multiple complaints, 2 technician visits, no resolution, no room change.

@ZARA please look into the customer service training offered to your “managers”. Was pulled aside at you Phoenix Mall Wakad Zara location for a billing issue for my order done through your self check put kiosk, made to wait for 15 minutes with no explanation 1/2

@TataMotors_Cars Thank you. I did raise both the concerns to the service center but have not got a satisfactory response. Hence raising it here. I have not had these experiences with the Garve Tathawade branch. However your Hinjewadi branch is new and seems to have these quality issues. DM sent.
In addition, they charged me for wheel balancing but they completely spoiled the alignment- car was fine before , after service car drifting to the left. They took it back to fix it but now steering wheel is vibrating. #harrier#service#experience#tataservice
