Please either ship the order immediately or cancel and refund it without delay. If I don’t hear back within 48 hours, I will be forced to report this to the relevant consumer protection authorities and leave a public review about the issue

I have raised a ticket : 690870464316 on their portal as well but they are not initiating the refund nor sending me my product. The worst part is their customer care is not even responding.
I am going to the consumer forum now to complain about the issue. Worst service from Giva

I have ordered some gifts for my family from @GivaJewellery worth Rs. 6397 on 23rd July. I am in Bangalore and they shipped it the very next day but My order is still not delivered and the customer care service of both Giva and the third party shipping company is not responding.

I bought 2 CallOfDutyBlackOpsiii at ₹2580 from @Flipkart, paid ₹2580 CoD but received 1CallOfDutyWorldAtWar rentuned it. But I only got refund of 1(₹1290) contacted @flipkartsupport a lot Times but issue is still not resolved & now flipkart stopped responding to my calls&msgs.

This is not at all acceptable. I request Flipkart team to consider my friend’s issue and help him by solving his query otherwise we will be bound to file case against Flipkart for deceiving my friend and breaching the trust of its customer.
