@British_Airways @ecourier need to vent my anger here. Was delayed for 3.5hours last Thursday nice to london my bag was not on the planeWaited 5 days for my bag to arrive and due today. Ecouriers tracking shows my bag was delivered but it has not been. Hopeless service all round

@British_Airways @ecourier Have you ever tried contacting ecouriers?? Today alone, 5 emails, countless calls being cut off, and nothing back from them. You employed them to deliver my bag. It is your responsibility.

@BoutiqueyDave @TheWhiskyBloke Agreed. Whiskybase is the best I've found. They are online and have an app where you can take pics of the QR codes on the bottles and are, in most cases, read. Saves a lot of time. I've logged around 360 bottles on there still have around 60 to add. But be patient it takes time!
