Placed order on 14th Feb for delivery 16th Feb. Didn’t arrive. Spoke to store, asked for it to be delivered today. They agreed.

Spoke to Store. Order not on lorry due to IT error.

Now told earliest delivery is Sun 22nd Feb! Furious!

@Se_Railway @TLRailUK The problem is that @TLRailUK station are taping over the barcode readers and enforcing checks on only those using this new technology. Why? And then not being able being able to verify my s-ticket and ask for a nonexistent photocard is just embarrassing.

Hi @Se_Railway can you please explain why after promoting your new s-ticket technology, twice in the last few weeks @TLRailUK have taped over the readers at Blackfriars and City Thameslink causing a delay for the ticket to checked manually. Today they asked to see a photo card!

Hey @TLRailUK, if it wasn’t bad enough that you don’t recruit the right number of drivers, so can only run half of your service during times of trouble (@Se_Railway have no such problems) You then cancel the hourly service you do intend to run. Beyond a joke.

@Jon4Lakers For me, it used to be any ‘droid that wasn’t Samsung and HTC filled that space for a while. Then they seemed to lose any USP so I went for iPhone. Haven’t looked back.
