• Hidden cameras inside her residence
• Interception of private communications
• Commercial use of her personal experiences
• Misappropriation of her identity
• Harassment
• Copyright strikes and platform takedowns

• A racketeering enterprise involving private surveillance material

According to the complaint, Colbert alleges that hidden cameras and electronic surveillance devices were secretly installed inside her Warren, Michigan residence and captured intimate audio and video without her knowledge or consent.

She further alleges that the defendants obtained and transported intercepted communications and surveillance material across state lines for commercial exploitation, licensing and public distribution.
Colbert claims the defendants used details from her private life, personal trauma and alleged surveillance footage in commercially distributed entertainment content.

One allegation concerns what she describes as deliberate copying of imagery involving TWO WHITE VEHICLES and rooftop locations after she posted similar material online.

She also alleges that commercially released music contained lyrics describing details of her past sexual assault and private surveillance.

1. LANHAM ACT
Colbert alleges that defendants commercially exploited her identity, personal experiences and narrative in a way that falsely implied endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

2. FEDERAL WIRETAP ACT
She alleges that defendants intentionally intercepted, received, disclosed and commercially used communications and surveillance data taken from her home and electronic devices.

3. CIVIL RICO
Colbert alleges that the defendants operated as an enterprise engaged in a pattern of racketeering activity, including alleged wire fraud and interstate transportation of unlawfully obtained property.

4. MICHIGAN STATE-LAW CLAIMS
