A majority of Kenyan Judges make the adjudication of disputes unpredictable even when the facts are incontestable and the law is clear. Amos Wako, SC refers to a white C J who was of the view that a blackman is inherently biased to be a good Judge. You cannot find stupid decisions in the All England Law Reports. Never!
