@Delta you are absolutely failing with customer relations. Limited lounge visits, now grab and go counts as a visit. Why fly Delta anymore? I used to fly exclusively with you now I use, United and American. But as long as you get record profits, don't worry about mid level business customers that don't get 75k in spend.
