@AmazonHelp had purchased a #amazonbasics 4k tv with order id 405-3475198-3838726 in May. 6 months minimal usage display stopped. Service req placed 405-8788890-7753964 into 4 weeks & part still not available. As per other reviews same issue customers are facing. @jagograhakjago

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN @AmitAgarwal your customer service sucks. Its been 4 weeks since i placed a service request for your own faulty amazonbasics 4k tv, the part is still not available. Everytime i call customer care i have to repeat myself all over again and they just postpone resolution.

Dear @amazonIN your 4K TV stopped working. Now when i turn on the TV i get to see the 4K view of some black hole in space. The wait for a display replacement is one light year away and my OTT subscriptions are rotting on earth. Do something.

@AmazonHelp No dont sweat it. I had the call and understood that the customer care chat and call service user history is not logged together at amazon base. Which resulted in a worst user experience that i have to sit and explain everytime. Fix that first. Thank u for playing.
