@Experian Why have you taken away phone as an option to contact you, on the app the only option to contact Experian is to write to you which is RIDICULOUS! How are customers supposed to get help with issues when there’s no quick way to contact you leaving accounts vulnerable.
@TicketmasterCS Can you confirm we can request Harry Styles ONO Manchester tickets if you live in the same household? Fine print says you can’t but previously on here you’ve said we can if a different ticketmaster account & payment. Can you confirm tickets won’t be cancelled.
@TicketmasterCS But it’s in the fine print on the Ticketmaster page saying it’s two tickets per person per household? So what is correct you guys say yes but emails and on the website saying that isn’t the case?
