He did have a child, to clarify. Two children. Plus Prime Ministerial Consort (wife.) Not sure how they all fit in here, to be honest.

Last bloke seemed p. sick of it, from what I could tell. Barely stopped to pack- I was still finding Lego in my drawers well into Easter.

[PM Wheatley @thebestPM]

And here was me thinking the only reason gen. elections kept popping up every 4 years or so, was incumbent PM kept getting fed up with job.

[PM Wheatley @thebestPM]

HA! Joking, was obviously joking there. You lot won't be getting rid of old Wheatley that easily. :D

[PM Wheatley @thebestPM]

Anyway, election year! Brilliant. So, who else wants a go?

[PM Wheatley @thebestPM]

@ghotipunk It's not like they're a real country or anything, is it?

[PM Wheatley @thebestPM]

@ghotipunk Honestly, Sal and/or Plato, I wasn't that fussed. Let 'em have it if they're that bothered, is my personal opinion.

[PM Wheatley @thebestPM]

Hang on... what's all this about a ''''''general election?????'''''''

[PM Wheatley @thebestPM]

Definitely something to bear in mind. For the future.

[PM Wheatley @thebestPM]

I mean, have you lot got ANY IDEA how much easier my job would've been if I'd known about this from Day 1??? MASSIVELY, is the answer.

[PM Wheatley @thebestPM]

Cannot BELIEVE this. All this time, messing about trying 2 use things like logic & diplomacy, and nobody ever even TOLD me it was an option!

[PM Wheatley @thebestPM]

Apparently! Just go 'Sorry, no, don't fancy where this is going, deploying the brakes. Everyone off, not going any further.' #genius

[PM Wheatley @thebestPM]

Here's a quick Politics 101 for you- apparently, if you're not liking what everyone else wants 2 do, you can always just- stop the country!

[PM Wheatley @thebestPM]

...but some lady in a fancy cardigan does it for 10 hours, and suddenly it's a 'triumph of democracy!' #blatantlyunfair

[PM Wheatley @thebestPM]

Wait, so, if I go SLIGHTLY off topic in Question Time, it's a 'rambling diatribe...'

[PM Wheatley @thebestPM]

PUPPETS :D :D :D :D :D :D #genius #bestfiscalpolicylessonEVER

[PM Wheatley @thebestPM]

Mind you, Michelle didn't seem that bothered. Said we'll try again tomorrow with a 'more relatable format.' Doubt it'll help, but w/e.

[PM Wheatley @thebestPM]

Spent literally 5 hours straight with bloke from HMRC today & ended up w/no better clue what he was on about than when he started. #useless

[PM Wheatley @thebestPM]

Then there's the offside rule (which stands for VAT, in this metaphor) where even the so-called 'experts' have no idea what it means.

[PM Wheatley @thebestPM]

Tricky things, taxes. Bit like football- nobody REALLY understands what it's all about, but everyone loves arguing over the rules.
