I bought two phones at @MyiStoreSA Menlyn and one of the phones was overheating when I got home then I return I’m getting stories instead of a refund or changing the phone after having supported @Apple for years….I’m beyond angry at this stage for their shitty service 😡

@DStv has been overcharging me with unexplainable charges and tried the call centre that’s useless, I’ve tried to support a South African company despite all the issues and I think it’s time I just cancel your service….it’s tiring 🤦🏽♂️🙆🏽♂️😡🤬
@seannourse I have 3days waiting to be assisted of the whatsapp line and have not received the router but getting emails on how to set it up, this is very frustrating as I can’t get hold of anyone at webafrica
@InsMadePersonal be careful of assessors you send for your investigation as they can tarnish your business, how can you hinge on wrong time given whilst police and the owner of the place where the car was stolen tell you they were with me whilst the car was gone and I had the key
@Lesufi I followed all the processes up to appeal for my kid on top of having an unpleasant festive season not knowing where my kid is going and schools are opening next week but I’m yet to get any response...it’s so frustrating
@Vodacom how do I cancel the fibre to home order as I’ve been waiting for installation for more than two weeks....your call center has million option just to frustrate one
