You should be setting an example for the younger generation especially if you're "37-year-old, broke boy."
Instead of mocking young people who are trying to work hard and build a future for themselves, maybe ask yourself: what were you doing at their age? Were you already managing billions and saving the planet Earth? I don't think so.
But even if you did that...why be so harsh on some people that did nothing to you.
If you don't like a company like @PropFirmMatch , that's completely up to you.
Constructive criticism and negative feedback are part of any healthy industry. But attacking someone personally, especially when they've done nothing to you, says far more about you than it does about them.
As an industry, we still have a long way to go before we can call ourselves mature.
