canceling plans is ok. changing your entire look is ok. chasing an ancient instinct to swim thousands of miles upstream to return to your natal waters just to reproduce once and die so that your carcass can sustain an entire ecosystem is ok. do whatever you need to do to cope.
Lamar ES is where my daughter went for PK-2 before we moved to GA. She constantly compares her traditional ES to Lamar and how Lamar was the best school she went to. This is such a shame.

I’m a co-leader this year for her age group so I’m more involved from a time commitment persp. Before I signed on as a lead, I would take myself out for quiet solo dates during her troop meetings.
I let my kiddo stay up to look at the Super moon, then sent her to bed (to sleep!) around 9:45 p.m. She comes downstairs an hour later saying she finished her challenge book.
I can’t even be mad — she reclaimed her love of reading after losing it last year 🥹🥹🥹
