@PrizePicks I got an email, iOS notification, and a popup in the app. I read the rules and it said I had until end of day to use it. I came back and it’s gone. Customer service says they can’t do anything because it’s not in my promotions tab. How do I connect with higher tier support

@TMobile is so shady. They offer promotional plans to get customers to switch and then phase the plans out and make them ineligible for phone upgrades. I can’t wait to take my 7 lines to @Verizon where my plan will actually be cheaper with phone upgrades + 24 month plans vs 30

@TMobile I waited over an hour for a callback from an expert, spent 30 minutes explaining the current promotion and how to find it, spent another 15 minutes trying to explain that I have a One Plus Promo on my account but gave up after I was told I have to upgrade to Magenta Max.

@googlenest It’s very inconvenient when the system is down. Especially if you use Nest Cameras for baby monitors. Is the outage expected to end soon? Sometimes I wish I just got simple baby monitors instead of paying a premium price and a monthly fee for an inconsistent service.

I’m not sure how you translated that into the all the assumptions and insults you tried to throw my way.

If it makes you feel better to anonymously insult people over the internet, you should re-evaluate your life instead of telling others to.
