Your phone lines won’t accept any new calls at the minute…. I sent my sons renewal application on March 5th…. Will it come back in time for our holiday on May 31st? Why did you not plan for this ? The 10 week wait time was not in force when I applied in March…..

@POferriesupdate Will there be anything complimentary for the tens of now screaming children on board ? Not to mention the adults that have had to endure it. The terry will have been delayed by almost 90 minutes by the time it sales so surely there will be?
