It's a ripple effect. Elect a leader with severe behavioral disorders of a Cluster B nature, and you create a permission structure for abnormality, illogical fear, and hate; you create grifters and opportunists who incessantly demonize; you seduce low-information and disaffected consumers who are susceptible to emotionally charged dopamine rushes; and you wind up with a sea of imitators, and a country infected with malignant normality, which perpetuates the aberrant behavior, and it all converges into - authoritarianism.

Behaviorists, psychologists, and sociologists should be WAY more prevalent on our media airwaves. Stifling them, or not seeking their counsel in a public forum, plays into the malignant normality of stifling expertise, borne of education and reasoned thought.

They told you the real danger was the guy sweating on your roof in July or the woman wiping your grandmother’s chin for $10 an hour working double shift. And you bought it. So you clapped like seals, chanting USA USA USA, while they ripped your healthcare, took lunch from your kid, and handed billions to yachts in tax havens.

You got conned.

They dangled fear like a shiny object, “the border, the migrants, the brown folks taking jobs you never wanted”, while behind your back, they picked your pocket and left your kid holding the bill for generations to come.

You lose your Medicaid. Your VA clinics and hospitals shuts down. Your grandma gets pushed to the sidewalk with an oxygen tank. But hey, no migrants working jobs you wouldn't do, huh? What a deal.

It's a conman trick. And the mark is you. You traded your future for a wall that didn’t get built and a promise that only delivered to billionaires while bankrupting our nation.
