@RakeshK32229480 TBH,we need to improve both our infra& info a lot. U simply can't compare Japan's infra with India's. if they get 100 yen all 100 goes into building quality infra. In India, if 100 is allocated,80 may go into officials, contractor &politicians' pockets remaining goes for build.
