Had a very close encounter with an articulated lorry, that accelerated suddenly to pass me, whilst I was cycling on the Dock Road.

The new central reservation, enforcing no-right-turn from St. Alphonsus Street, onto Dock Road; defeats cycling.

The central reservation deletes all of the safe space, that was available for a cyclist; it is a literal concrete boundary
