@AsdaServiceTeam @asda I tried to log a complaint but your complaints form wasn't working either. Said error but no error to be found on the fields I completed.. tried to email but it bounced bavk saying no longer in use. How can one log a complaint about this situation

@asda @bluelightcard Hi tried to link BL card. The asda rewards app would not let me in. I requested to change my password. Nothing forthcoming. Went to store. Did my groceries.spent over 172 pounds to be told the app is down and I can't get the rewards for my grocery shop how can this be rectified?
