@British_Airways you issue vouchers for missed flights (which is great) however when wanting to rebook, you can't redeem these online or via calling your team! This makes them useless, and just a way to keep customers money!

@British_Airways you've changed flights for us on the 22nd March to an earlier flight but that doesn't work for our travel plans. No option not to accept it it was just as if thats it. The original flight is available and yet to change back to it you'll charge me £60pp. Why?
