ADHD is seeing the problem in a project before anyone else, saying something about it, being told you're overthinking, and then watching the exact thing you predicted happen 3 weeks later.
I love that for so long ADHD was branded as the “I’m so hyper” disorder when more than half of people with ADHD have the “I’m completely frozen in space 95% of the time” disorder

As a neurodivergent person I thought it was totally normal reading pages of a book only to realize that you have no recollection of anything you JUST read, and having to start all over. Turns out that’s actually not normal.
