When you read that a 17 year old gets politically appointed as special assistant to a commissioner, what comes to mind?

Connections??? Grace??? Luck???

I'd have picked one of the above if I wasn't with him yesterday.

But the young man I met was a true definition of preparedness meeting opportunity, fully prepared for everything he is in the present, practical example of creating opportunities for yourself and making the most of your youthful days.

Sometime ago a friend drew my attention to the word "god-fatherism" how it was never an English word. It was rather coined due to the state of the political system in Nigeria.

Hence when the word was defined in the Wikitionary "Nigeria" had to be put in bracket to give the definition a better context.

It's no more a debate that the government isn't doing all they should be doing at the moment but just a little drift from that
